Fitting instructions :

Step 1: Fill a pan with 3 to 4 inches of water. Bring to the boil.
Step 2: Remove the water from the heat source. Let the water stand for 30 seconds, then place the mouth guard in the water for 60 seconds. Do not exceed 60 seconds.
Step 3 : Carefully remove the mouth guard from the hot water with a slotted spoon.
Step 4: Cool the mouth guard under running water for 1-2 seconds.
Step 5: Lick your lips before placing the mouth guard in your mouth.
Step 6: Align the mouth guard with the center line of your teeth. Adjust the mouth guard over and around the upper teeth and press firmly on the molars first, then on the front teeth.
Step 7: Close your mouth and bite down hard on the mouth guard. Aspirate strongly. Use your fingers to press the edges of the mouth guard against the teeth.
Step 8: Remove the mouth guard from the mouth and immerse it completely in the cup containing ice and cold water – allow it to cool for 2 minutes. Re-place the mouth guard in the mouth and check that it fits properly.

Repeat steps 1 to 8 if the adjustment is not accurate. Better not to repeat many times.

Care instructions :

Clean the mouth guard with cold water or use an antiseptic mouthwash.
Do not use toothpaste, detergents or other cleaning products.
Clean the mouth guard box with warm water and a small amount of antiseptic mouthwash.
Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing the mouth guard in its box.
